The normal sheet for the genoa, the lift, the down haul and finally a rope back to a cleat to fix the boom in position together with lift and down haul when the genoa is either reefed or furled completely.

Often used to keep the boom in place until dawn, when the genoa is furled due to strong winds at night. Leaving the dangerous work on deck during night to the light in the morning.
