The winter 2004-05 we worked in Gothenburg living in
Lindisfarne all time. We had 15 cm ice and sometimes -15ºC and that made it possible to test the boat under severe conditions. Especially insulation and condensation gave us a tough time. The heating systems had no problem keeping the air inside the boat above 20ºC all the time. A nice experience thinking of the future, Antarctica, Patagonia, Alaska..... |
