Propane has no worldwide standard when it comes to
fittings. We often solved the problem by using a local bottle with a local
fitting and a hose to the Swedish bottle fitting. When the connection are
complete, turn the local, full bottle, upside down and open the valves.
It takes some time for the propane, in fluid form, to get to the lower bottle,
but the problem with different fittings is solved.The problem is similar to
the electric one!!! We have ten different male plugs with a Swedish female
in the other end to overcome those standards. |
