San Francisco – here we come.
Almost the perfect entrance under Golden Gate – sunchine and following current.
It could have been more wind so we could sail – but…
Stopping for a rest and to do planning for the next couple of weeks. Will probably stay in the bay area for up to three weeks.
Have now done more then half of the US west coast and will not cross the border to Mexico before mid November.
Suddenly we are having summer and no more trees all the way down to the sea – the land is barren except from some trees in small groups, and the grass is try and yellow. We could smell the pine trees from a far distance. And it is a looong time ago we did that.
